Key Stage 1 History resources for teachers

This page lists those themes, or parts of themes, which could be integrated with units from the Schemes of work for History at Key Stage 1 (opens in a new window). Although you may be teaching outside of the non-statuory scheme, the links to the units in the tables below give a general guide to the historical topics covered by the theme. There may be other resources on the site which are suitable for Key Stage 1 History but which are not listed here.

Themes often contain teacher's resources (such as galleries of images, links and further reading), worksheets and glossaries suitable for the target age group. Where these are available, this is indicated with an x.
