Sir,
The Piano Forte will be sent from Canal Wharf tomorrow and will probably arrive at 'Pool in a fortnight. You will find it is a very fine, mellow, rich and sweet toned instrument, & of such quality - as will improve, by use - not loud & noisy at first then becoming a settling ? tone. I have every reason to flatter myself that you and your Lady will be highly pleased, both with the exterior and interior.
