Hannah Felton an inmate of the House appeared to prefer a charge against Charlotte Wellings for having ill treated her in the sick room by pulling her out of bed, putting her on the floor and throwing a bucket of cold water over her. The complainant having been questioned and two other inmates of the room examined on the subject, the charge appeared to be quite groundless and was dismissed accordingly.
