Black Hill

Herefordshire hill , 1 mile SW of Craswall.

Bruce Chatwin (1940-1989) wrote an atmospheric, yet claustrophobic, novel, On the Black Hill (1982), about the lives of the Jones family, living on a hill farm in this remote part of Herefordshire.
