Morville

Shropshire village, 3 miles W of Bridgnorth.

Close to the village is Aldenham Hall, a fine country residence with magnificent wrought iron entrance gates. It is probably the original of the fictional Matchingham Hall in some of the Blandings stories of P. G. Wodehouse (1881-1975).
