Worcestershire village, 2 miles NW of Upton-upon-Severn.
The 14th century High School, church and public house continue to nestle around a small square, a short way off the main road. It still retains its charm, but the school now has extensive modern buildings in its grounds. The castle no longer exists but was an important stronghold looking after the local hunting lands of Malvern Chase, as described in the work of William Symonds (1818-1887).
